Coastal Soul - 4 Bed/3 Bath Private Home

Our spacious Isle of Palms home, ‘Coastal Soul’, is ideal for groups of 6 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Located just off of Waterway Blvd, roughly 3 blocks from Palm Blvd. This location is the perfect combination of the Intercoastal Waterway and beach access. Let the views speak for themselves!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up a single flight of stairs, Coastal Soul features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal either indoors or outdoors as the home does include a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware (on the 1st floor). All 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with a full bathroom located on the 1st floor. Two of the bedrooms featuring waterway views :) each with a queen-sized bed. For each of our guests' stays, we provide basic login credentials for internet streaming TV, or feel free to use your own during your stay.

This quiet cul de sac has views of the waterway and a quick golf cart ride to the ocean! Centrally located on the island with quick access to the ocean, marina, shopping, accessibility to water sports and restaurants! Screened in Al Fresco dining room and open wrap around porch. Two bedrooms feature private balconies with spectacular water views. We are not handicap accessible. We have contacts for golf cart rentals that will be delivered to our home!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
