Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friend along! This condo is dog-friendly (please inquire for pre-approval if your dog is over 20 lbs, as some larger breeds are not allowed). Pet fees are based on weight and are added as an extra guest fee. There’s a vet clinic nearby, as well as an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mount Pleasant to take care of all your pet’s needs.

Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure.
