Being on the upper level brings in great natural light, and you will catch those classic Lowcountry sunsets right from your own space. Inside, the coastal style is simple, fun, and comfortable, the kind of place where you can kick off your shoes and settle in right away.
The living area looks out over the pool, which makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying the comfort of the AC inside. It is a small thing, but one families really appreciate.
This unit has a unique split level layout, with a few steps leading up to the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is part of the history of the building and gives the space a little extra character you do not find in newer places. Just something to keep in mind as you get familiar with the layout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meals, including a full size refrigerator, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. It is set up for real use, whether you are making breakfast before the beach or keeping snacks and drinks going throughout the day.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds and a comfortable, simple setup for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a tub and shower combo, which is great for families or rinsing off after a long day in the sun.

In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo.
