Located on the first floor, this Isle of Palms beach condo makes coming and going effortless, with convenient parking close to your door and easy access to the pool, grill area, and onsite laundry. A small patio area provides space to store beach gear or enjoy a quiet moment outside.

Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and local restaurants, you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Isle of Palms has to offer, while still being only about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston and a quick drive to Mount Pleasant and Towne Centre shopping.

Inside, you will find a full kitchen with all essentials, an open living space for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a layout designed for comfort and convenience. Please note there is one interior step between the living area and the rest of the condo, and as a first floor unit, some noise from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.

Pet friendly for dogs (pre approval required): We are happy to welcome your pup, but approval is required prior to booking. Some larger breeds are not permitted, and applicable pet fees will apply.

While this condo does not offer a view, its unbeatable location just a block from the beach and steps from a local coffee shop makes it a favorite for guests who value convenience, comfort, and a relaxed coastal experience.

No 3rd party booking is allowed. **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (dogs only) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
