We built this portal to offer transparency, peace of mind, and simple access, so you can feel confident and informed about your property at all times.

In addition to the Owner Portal, each owner will have a secure, private folder that contains important property documents and shared files. Access is granted only to the email address associated with your owner account. To view your folder, simply click the provided link below and sign in using the same email address the folder was shared with. If you’re already logged into your email, the folder will open automatically. If not, you will be prompted to sign in first. 
Files are not public, cannot be accessed without authorization, and can be updated in real time so you always have the most current information available. If you have trouble accessing your folder or need the share sent to a different email address, just let us know and we’re happy to help.
