Set along the Intracoastal Waterway and just a short walk from the beach, this home offers a rare balance of quiet waterfront beauty and easy access to the ocean.

The setting is one of the most special parts of this home. From the front of the property you can watch boats move slowly along the Intracoastal while marsh grasses shift with the tide. It is a place where mornings often begin with coffee on the porch and the gentle rhythm of the water before the island fully wakes up.

Inside, the home blends relaxed coastal style with a refined, worldly feel. Warm tones, natural textures, and carefully chosen furnishings create a peaceful atmosphere that many guests describe as calming the moment they arrive.

The open first floor layout makes gathering easy, whether you are preparing meals in the kitchen, sharing dinner together, or settling in for a quiet movie night after a day on the beach.

Coastal Soul includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. The layout works beautifully for couples traveling together, friends enjoying a coastal getaway, or small groups who appreciate a stylish but relaxed home base on the island.

Upstairs, two queen bedrooms open onto private balconies overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. These are wonderful spots for sunrise coffee or peaceful evening moments as the colors change across the marsh.

One of the most loved spaces in the home is the screened dining porch. Ocean breezes flow through the space while guests enjoy relaxed outdoor meals or evening conversations after a day exploring the island.

The wraparound porch offers additional seating areas where you can read, unwind, or simply enjoy the quiet surroundings.

The home is also located just a short walk from the beach and one block from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The marina, restaurants, and island shops are only a few minutes away.

Golf carts are a popular way to explore Isle of Palms, and rental companies can deliver directly to the property if you would like to experience the island the way many locals do.

For guests who want to explore beyond the island, historic downtown Charleston is about twenty five minutes away and offers incredible restaurants, culture, shopping, and architecture.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
